Description

  • Manage and maintain identity environments across managed services clients, including Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory administration.
  • Administer user accounts, security groups, permissions, and hybrid identity environments.
  • Support identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities.
  • Troubleshoot authentication and identity-related incidents and own issues through to resolution, coordinating with other teams as needed.
  • Work within the Service Desk to resolve identity-related incidents and service requests, maintain accurate ticket documentation, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support identity operations and remediation activities.
  • Deliver audit and compliance remediation by responding to client audit requests, extracting identity and access data, identifying actions, implementing updates, and maintaining evidence and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for identity reporting and administration.
  • Automate repeatable identity tasks and standardise automation across client environments.
  • Generate identity audit reports from Entra ID and Active Directory.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, including hybrid identity environments.
  • Experience working in multi-client or MSP environments.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills, including automation and reporting.
  • Experience generating reports from identity platforms and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management, and least privilege principles.
  • Understanding of identity governance, compliance, and audit remediation processes.
  • Experience extracting and analysing identity and access data and supporting client audits.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, documentation skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required.
