Description

  • Understand energy customers’ AI strategy and sector-specific challenges to identify high-value use cases.
  • Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Stay engaged after sale to support implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions in customer hackathons using advanced AI technologies.
  • Support customers in shifting from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agent use cases.
  • Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, including secure and scalable LLM/agent system delivery.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise data, identity protocols, and energy compliance frameworks.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Energy vertical internally and externally.
  • Scale energy domain knowledge across the organization and support strategic customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in the Energy sector.
  • Experience defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO business cases, and guiding implementations to value realization.
  • Deep understanding of Energy sector processes such as Asset Management, Field Services, Supply Chain, Capital Projects, or Trading.
  • Experience translating business needs into specific AI use cases.
  • Expertise in generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies for large-scale industrial data.
  • Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and operational leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering is a big plus.
  • Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages is a plus.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale on AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and industrial IoT data structures is a plus.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
