Description

  • Translate energy-sector strategy into operational improvement opportunities across exploration and production, refining, grid distribution, and related workflows.
  • Architect high-impact use cases that connect data across the value chain, including predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, outage automation, and asset performance visibility.
  • Build data-backed business cases with ranked use cases, investment estimates, and projected ROI to support customer decisions.
  • Lead customer-facing value discovery, health checks, workshops, and proof-of-value projects with C-suite and field leaders.
  • Develop demos, value narratives, and executive presentations to expand adoption and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered feedback agents and other solutions that analyze large volumes of operational data.
  • Guide customers in process redesign, automation, and workflow streamlining while embedding HSE and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and pilot plans to onboard users and measure business impact.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and Product teams by sharing feedback from hands-on AI, LLM, prompt engineering, and API work.
  • Create multi-year transformation roadmaps, performance dashboards, and client-facing tools to scale value realization across enterprise assets.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas, power generation, or utilities.
  • Experience in Management Consulting, specifically Strategy & Operations Transformation, is required.
  • Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management, upstream/downstream operations, grid modernization, and the broader energy value chain.
  • Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including new logo acquisition, upselling, and long-term account growth.
  • Strong ability to identify operational inefficiencies and drive value through process improvement, AI integration, and technology deployment.
  • Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications and enterprise asset management systems such as SAP S/4HANA, IBM Maximo, AVEVA, or GE Digital APM.
  • Experience with data visualization, SQL, Python, or deploying LLMs/AI models is a strong plus.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and explaining SaaS value and AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and setting direction within an account team in a fast-changing AI environment.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial & Operations Engineering; certifications in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Analytics are highly preferred.
