Description

  • Conduct ERP readiness assessments, develop transformation roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP decisions.
  • Define client visions, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to build stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage functional delivery across ERP implementation activities, including design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover.
  • Advise clients on Oracle HCM challenges, design decisions, leading practices, and expected benefits.
  • Lead the Oracle HCM product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate across program management, change management, training, HR, IT, and other workstreams.
  • Support methodology development, proposals, business development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience across multiple Oracle HCM and payroll modules.
  • 3+ years of product ownership experience across multiple Oracle HCM and payroll modules.
  • Experience managing agile release processes, including backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, sprint planning, and change control.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle HCM, payroll solutions, and the broader Oracle ecosystem.
  • Oracle customer or implementor certification in at least one HCM module.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM business processes, Oracle solution challenges, and leading practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to independently lead client engagements and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Consulting, HR professional, mission-driven sector, business development, and ERP transformation experience preferred; periodic travel required.
