Description

  • Research current technologies, certifications, exams, and IT industry trends.
  • Develop course curriculum based on real-world IT experience and exam objectives.
  • Design, develop, edit, and submit instructional videos and learning content.
  • Create learning experiences using quizzes, demonstrations, virtual labs, and other instructional tools.
  • Produce product demonstrations, supplemental files, and other learner resources.
  • Review content created by other trainers and provide timely, constructive peer feedback.
  • Collaborate with instructors, illustrators, Learning Content, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CBT Nuggets.
  • Help ensure content meets quality control standards and remains accurate, concise, and engaging.

Requirements

  • Relevant IT certifications or demonstrated in-depth IT knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT-related field such as Cloud, DBA, DevOps, InfoSec, Networking, Programming, or Systems Administration.
  • Independent thinker and self-starter.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collaborating and working on a team.
  • Honesty, humility, and integrity.
  • Inclusive, respectful, and committed to a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for learning and comfort working with autonomy.
  • Eagerness to build new skills and grow professionally.
  • Preferred: curiosity, assertiveness, and a love of IT/technology.
  • Preferred: proficiency with an Apple laptop.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, and internal CBT Nuggets software.
