Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design intuitive, delightful interactions across a range of use cases and scenarios.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across multiple platforms and devices.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards.
  • Partner with product management to define requirements and align solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
  • Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain design processes, tools, and workflows to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate design risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers.
  • Prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams across client engagements.
  • Support the growth of the XD team as a center of excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Expert-level communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with UX/UI tools including Figma, Adobe Suite, and Lucidchart.
  • Ability to design and help construct rapid prototypes for efficient feedback cycles.
  • Experience working in client-facing environments and professional services engagements.
  • Enthusiasm for solving client challenges and partnering with technologists.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional, fully remote environment.
  • Experience as a member of an Agile project team (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Vue, and Angular (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, databases, and repos (preferred).
  • Experience working with AWS services and tools (preferred).
  • Experience delivering cloud-based products and solutions (preferred).
  • Experience implementing micro animations (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on business needs.
  • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
