Description

  • Develop and execute change strategies for client engagements across business and technology teams.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client sponsors and project teams on change and adoption matters.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable change plans and roadmaps.
  • Define, track, and analyze adoption metrics tied to business outcomes.
  • Monitor readiness, identify risks, and adjust change approaches based on data and post-launch learnings.
  • Apply change management frameworks to support smooth transitions and sustained behavior change.
  • Support enterprise transformation efforts shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.
  • Partner with clients on AI adoption, including readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use.
  • Deliver high-quality change management work independently and share knowledge with team members.
  • Contribute to proposal development and internal thought leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement, ideally in consulting or professional services.
  • Experience contributing to or leading workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to technology-enabled transformations, including digital, product, or engineering initiatives.
  • GenAI experience is a plus.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing across frontline teams to senior leaders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with clear storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Working fluency in AI, automation, and Generative AI, including workforce and organizational implications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Change Management, or related field preferred.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is a plus.
  • Experience working across regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or higher education is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.
  • Unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
