Description

  • Perform end-to-end processing of absentee and early vote data.
  • Format and audit incoming data using various software and tools.
  • Learn and use proprietary Catalist tools through on-the-job training.
  • Document work clearly and thoroughly.
  • Plan, manage, and execute special projects as directed by the Director of Data Acquisition.
  • Support timely and efficient release of multiple data types.
  • Assist with cross-departmental projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience standardizing, cleaning, or processing datasets.
  • Basic familiarity with Python or other programming languages.
  • Some understanding of SQL preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to suggest process improvements.
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with internal teams and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Experience with political campaigns or progressive organizations preferred.
  • Background check required.
