Description

Perform end-to-end processing of absentee and early vote data.
Format and audit incoming data using various software and tools.
Learn and use proprietary Catalist tools through on-the-job training.
Document work clearly and thoroughly.
Plan, manage, and execute special projects as directed by the Director of Data Acquisition.
Support timely and efficient release of multiple data types.
Assist with cross-departmental projects as needed.

Requirements

Experience standardizing, cleaning, or processing datasets.
Basic familiarity with Python or other programming languages.
Some understanding of SQL preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask.
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to suggest process improvements.
Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with internal teams and communicate ideas clearly.
Experience with political campaigns or progressive organizations preferred.
Background check required.

Benefits

$20 per hour compensation.
Statutory sick leave benefits for all employees, including part-time and short-term temporary employees.
Hybrid office/remote work eligibility for certain positions.
Full remote status available for some roles.
