Description

  • Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to help prospects evaluate and plan Caseware implementations.
  • Lead customer presentations, trials, pilots, and solution evaluations, coordinating with technical and product experts.
  • Advise customers on migration and implementation plans from existing accounting and audit tools.
  • Support evaluations and implementations by providing resources, tracking tasks, and maintaining timelines.
  • Create value-focused product demonstrations, use cases, and supporting assets.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams and communicate roadmap alignment to customers.
  • Represent Caseware at conferences, events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership activities.
  • Design scalable processes and systems and support internal improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account management, training, professional services, support, and product teams to address customer needs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years preparing financial statements or performing audit, assurance, review, or compilation engagements, or 3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role serving the accounting profession.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered accounting solutions and their application to accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple deliverables and tasks.
  • Resourceful, self-directed problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of audit and accounting technology, or enthusiasm and ability to learn it.
  • CaseWare experience preferred.
  • CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent with 3+ years of audit or accounting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with technology adoption, training, project/product/program management, AI tools, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or process improvement preferred.
