Description

  • Design and develop engaging e-learning content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, developers, marketing, and regional training teams to create digital learning solutions.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to improve learner engagement and the usability of digital learning interfaces.
  • Create course development plans, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia integrations.
  • Review and update existing learning content to keep it current, accurate, and aligned with organizational changes.
  • Manage end-to-end e-learning project delivery, including timelines, resources, and feedback cycles.
  • Set up, configure, and manage content within learning management systems (LMS).
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS and e-learning content issues.
  • Travel to regional offices and client sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with LMS platforms for managing and delivering e-learning content.
  • Knowledge of gamification, course structure, didactic design, and UX/UI principles in digital learning environments.
  • Understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, as well as adult learning principles.
  • Experience designing interactive learning modules and multimedia elements, including video, graphics, and animations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage feedback loops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Academic background, certifications, or professional experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, such as CPA, CA, or ACCA, is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience.
  • Remote role open to Greater Toronto Area residents.
  • Full-time, 12-month contract position.
