Description

Design and develop engaging e-learning content aligned with learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, developers, marketing, and regional training teams to create digital learning solutions.
Apply UX/UI principles to improve learner engagement and the usability of digital learning interfaces.
Create course development plans, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia integrations.
Review and update existing learning content to keep it current, accurate, and aligned with organizational changes.
Manage end-to-end e-learning project delivery, including timelines, resources, and feedback cycles.
Set up, configure, and manage content within learning management systems (LMS).
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS and e-learning content issues.
Travel to regional offices and client sites as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-learning design, instructional design, or digital learning development.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
Experience with LMS platforms for managing and delivering e-learning content.
Knowledge of gamification, course structure, didactic design, and UX/UI principles in digital learning environments.
Understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, as well as adult learning principles.
Experience designing interactive learning modules and multimedia elements, including video, graphics, and animations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage feedback loops.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Academic background, certifications, or professional experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, such as CPA, CA, or ACCA, is required.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.

Benefits

Salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience.
Remote role open to Greater Toronto Area residents.
Full-time, 12-month contract position.
