Description

  • Lead the successful delivery of all professional services engagements with high quality and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Manage services revenue and improve value contribution through effective resource utilization.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, trainers, and technical services professionals.
  • Define team objectives and measure performance against established goals.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and the strategic direction of the services organization.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Professional Services and regional leaders to align global implementation and training processes.
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships and manage feedback and escalations.
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to develop statements of work, pricing, and proposal materials.
  • Support business growth strategies, hiring plans, and practices that improve product adoption.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Caseware solutions, industry trends, delivery methodologies, and delivery capacity needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, implementation, product management, or project management in a SaaS company serving the accounting profession, or 10+ years working in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm in external audit or assurance.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated management experience.
  • Experience managing a diverse, remote team, including recruiting, training, staffing, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of Caseware’s solutions is an asset.
  • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with change management principles and the ability to adapt to strategic pivots and shifting goals.
  • Experience supporting the sale of professional services, including statements of work, pricing, and large-scale proposals such as RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems in unique situations.
  • Experience succeeding in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation, customer service, and team-building skills.
