Description

Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair dents.
Repair hail damage, creases, and body lines.
Repair larger-sized dents as part of vehicle reconditioning work.
Work in a high-tech inspection center using state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
Support Carvana’s production goals and customer delivery timelines.
Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
Willingness to work in exposure to heat, cold, and other weather conditions.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
