Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes using Carvana's car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment for safety.
  • Complete customer paperwork and add detailed notes to the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with company policy.
  • Support customers throughout the delivery process and contribute to a positive car-buying experience.
  • Perform vehicle detailing and other physically demanding tasks in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or similar specialty license within the first two weeks of employment if applicable.
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment if applicable.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia candidates must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment if applicable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking and standing for 8+ hours and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat as needed.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler, and training is provided.
