Description

  • Assist customers remotely through live video at Whizz locations and provide the same level of service as an in-person representative.
  • Guide new customers in choosing bikes, batteries, accessories, and service options.
  • Explain bike features, subscription plans, pricing, and account setup steps to prospective customers.
  • Support customers with sign-ups, account creation, and payment completion.
  • Use sales techniques to convert potential customers into subscribers.
  • Handle existing customers’ questions about subscriptions, payments, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic bike or service issues remotely and coordinate follow-ups with the operations team.
  • Respond to customer concerns and objections while maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and friendly with customers and coordinate with internal teams through chat and messaging tools.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with the rider community.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French and Arabic language skills.
  • Fluent English at C1-C2 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles.
  • Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • High-speed internet connection and a headset.
  • Retail experience is a bonus.
