Description

  • Lead execution of complex technical projects from concept to production.
  • Simplify code and infrastructure by identifying high-impact architecture improvements.
  • Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
  • Mentor peers through PR reviews and architectural guidance.
  • Partner with product and design to build user-focused solutions.
  • Break down complex user stories into actionable tasks and execute with minimal guidance.
  • Contribute to greenfield product and data integrations within the platform.
  • Help launch and iterate on fund administration capabilities for markets outside the US.
  • Work across regional, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience is recommended.
  • Experience with Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka, or a desire to learn them.
  • Experience with Java, gRPC, and AWS.
  • Ability to break down complex user stories into actionable tasks.
  • Ability to execute independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong understanding of technical trade-offs and the reasoning behind design decisions.
  • Ability to articulate technical decisions to stakeholders.
  • Comfort working on complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Experience working in a pooled hiring or team-matching environment is not required but relevant to the process.
