Description

  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting systems, databases, and business processes.
  • Participate in new group implementation meetings and provide feedback on technical workflow timelines.
  • Code new groups in the system so the account management team can generate reports, invoices, and eligibility files.
  • Create initial billing documentation when automation is unavailable.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly totals reports and distribute Sirius Reports to vendors.
  • Capture benefit structure changes and update backend systems, reports, and cost breakdowns during renewals.
  • Create reports for client audits and perform division and accounting data reviews before report generation.
  • Aggregate and process data for annual 1094/1095-C IRS filings and coordinate required vendor submissions.
  • Communicate benefit adjustments to Accounting and assist with QuickBooks reconciliations.
  • Train team members on technical tools, systems, and processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Florida and be able to work remotely from anywhere in the state.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Access Developer experience.
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheet development and analysis.
  • Relational database design experience, including unique identifiers and relational table creation.
  • VBA knowledge and application, including macros and complex IF statements/calculated fields.
  • SQL knowledge and experience writing procedures.
  • Experience importing, linking, and manipulating data from Excel, Access, and other file formats.
  • Extensive experience with database technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Database Administration, Information Technology, Database Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to learn and understand employee benefits insurance terminology, products, and services.
