Description

  • Own administration, governance, optimization, and strategic roadmapping for NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related finance applications.
  • Configure, secure, support, and improve finance systems, including workflows, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and integrations.
  • Translate accounting and finance requirements into solutions supporting close, revenue, billing, procure-to-pay, inventory, intercompany, consolidations, and audit activities.
  • Establish change management, documentation, testing, deployment, and governance processes.
  • Support integrations, data mapping, master data governance, acquisition integration, migrations, and post-close stabilization.
  • Manage external consultants, implementation partners, vendors, project scope, timelines, budgets, testing, and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide training, job aids, intake prioritization, and stakeholder support across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Support audits, SOX controls, access reviews, segregation-of-duties analysis, evidence collection, and control remediation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage support tickets through ServiceNow or similar tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive NetSuite administration, finance systems, or ERP implementation experience in a complex environment.
  • Advanced NetSuite experience with roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, bundles, releases, sandbox testing, and production deployments.
  • At least 1 year of experience using or administering Coupa.
  • Working knowledge of close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, revenue, consolidations, intercompany, reporting, and audit processes.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and other finance or operational systems.
  • Experience managing external consultants, developers, implementation partners, or managed service providers.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical issues to Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
  • Ability to own priorities, manage details, and operate in a public-company or SOX-controlled environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: acquisition integration, multi-entity reporting, NetSuite certification, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Concur, ServiceNow, procurement, or reporting-tool experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $112,000–$140,000 for San Francisco Bay Area roles or $120,000–$140,000 for remote U.S. roles.
