Description

  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Support inside sales, outside sales, and application engineering activities on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and support presentations, quotes, submittals, and technical product information.
  • Visit job sites and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support as needed.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through calls, meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and plans to ensure timely equipment delivery.
  • Support service for existing equipment and help maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to work directly with customers.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business acumen.
  • Passion for work and an aggressive drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Must be a self-starter or "go getter."
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
