Description

  • Build relationships with existing customers and develop new business through outside sales meetings, calls, and territory development.
  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Support inside sales, prepare quotes and submittals, and deliver technical product support.
  • Manage installations in progress by coordinating schedules, plans, and equipment delivery to job sites.
  • Visit job sites and provide hands-on troubleshooting, including assistance with wiring and remote support.
  • Educate customers and promote CaptiveAire products through presentations, product demos, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Provide top-tier customer service with a focus on quick turnaround times.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interact directly with customers.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business savvy.
  • Highly motivated, aggressive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
