Description

  • Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment at customer sites.
  • Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC and ventilation equipment.
  • Diagnose issues in commercial HVAC and ventilation systems.
  • Develop and maintain the service schedule.
  • Prepare and submit daily job reports and invoices.
  • Work with customers and collaborate across departments to complete service work.
  • Work in outside conditions, tight spaces, and on ladders for roof access.
  • Participate in formal training and mentorship to learn CaptiveAire products and service procedures.

Requirements

  • HVAC or HVAC/R skill set desired.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools.
  • Must be safety-minded.
  • Ability to work in outside conditions and tight spaces.
  • Ability to use ladders for roof access.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated "go getter" attitude is expected.
