Description

  • Commission new ventilation and HVAC equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace existing HVAC equipment.
  • Develop and maintain service schedules.
  • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily.
  • Work with customers and collaborate across departments to resolve service issues.
  • Perform field service work in outside conditions, tight spaces, and on ladders for roof access.
  • Complete formal training and learn CaptiveAire products under a mentor.
  • Maintain safe working practices and use required safety equipment.

Requirements

  • HVAC or HVAC/R skill set desired.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools.
  • Must be safety-minded.
  • Ability to work in outside conditions and tight spaces.
  • Ability to use ladders for roof access.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Strong drive to succeed and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

  • Base pay of $60k-$85k and up, depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
