Description

  • Own the Builder Experience roadmap and define the vision for how customers model and operationalize incentive compensation plans.
  • Partner with customers, Customer Experience, and Solution Architects to identify friction points in admin and builder workflows.
  • Design solutions that balance simplicity and usability with the advanced capabilities needed by enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take features from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Ensure new capabilities integrate with the broader modeling ecosystem through shared objects, reusable components, and consistent UX patterns.
  • Define clear problem statements, measurable outcomes, and success criteria for the product area.
  • Work closely with engineering on implementation details and participate in hands-on collaboration using Figma and user sessions.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and help maintain system uptime.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of product management and/or domain-relevant experience.
  • Experience with data modeling, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Background shipping complex technical products that balance power and usability.
  • Experience with modeling interfaces, configuration tools, or workflow design is a plus.
  • Strong customer empathy and curiosity to understand user intent, edge cases, and business context.
  • Strong product sense and systems thinking, with the ability to reason about UI/UX details and underlying architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort collaborating hands-on in Figma, with users, and with engineering on implementation details.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and move with a bias toward action.
  • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
