Description

  • Craft and manage product roadmaps across strategic planning and optimization activities.
  • Work with design, content, development, and optimization teams to define product vision and development priorities.
  • Create high-level user stories and support product development from concept through delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan and prioritize initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Build and support business cases for new digital capabilities.
  • Evaluate sprint outcomes to ensure business benefits are delivered and corrective action is taken when needed.
  • Coach and support product managers through feedback and ongoing guidance.
  • Prioritize work and manage backlogs to keep delivery focused on customer and business value.
  • Communicate product direction clearly, including the value and rationale behind decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering digital products in an agile environment.
  • Experience supporting, guiding, or line managing other product managers is preferred.
  • Strong product strategy experience, including prioritization, backlog management, and writing product visions.
  • User-centered mindset with the ability to balance business needs and customer needs.
  • Ability to clearly articulate what is being done and why it matters to customers and the business.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, content, development, and optimization.
  • Willingness to learn and try new product methodologies.
  • Experience working with business partners to align initiatives to strategy.
  • Experience building business cases for digital product or capability development.
