Description

  • Support full-cycle recruitment from application review through onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Screen and interview candidates for role requirements, technical fit, and culture alignment.
  • Build candidate relationships and serve as a trusted contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract talent.
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Located in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable self-starter with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools (preferred).
  • Technical recruiting experience (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for cleared positions (preferred).
