Description

  • Manage assigned multilingual vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and interviews to assess suitability.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World’s internal recruitment team.
  • Maintain candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and manage an international candidate network.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies.
  • Track performance and progress toward personal and financial goals.
  • Build a professional reputation through consistent, high-quality recruitment results.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and comfort working independently.
  • Ambition and motivation to achieve measurable results.
  • Ownership of recruitment pipeline, performance and outcomes.
  • Results-oriented, commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
  • Interest in working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, growth and identifying new opportunities.
