Description

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
  • Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards.
  • Contribute to design system components and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends and best practices to improve design quality.
  • Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a UX or Product Designer role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with design-to-development handoff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

  • Remote, US salary range: $75,200–$119,000 USD.
  • New York, NY salary range: $95,200–$119,000 USD.
  • Denver, CO salary range: $87,200–$109,000 USD.
