Description

  • Lead features from design through delivery.
  • Partner with product managers and designers to define requirements during discovery and planning.
  • Collaborate with developers, product, design, and QA team members to deliver new features and improvements on time.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the team’s products.
  • Provide technical support to cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
  • Expand Judi, the web-based enterprise health platform, using Python, AWS services, React, and TypeScript.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance as required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of job-related experience.
  • Strong experience with Python, including Flask and SQLAlchemy.
  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge, including common table expressions, windowing functions, views, stored procedures, and full-text or geospatial indexing.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS, Terraform, or similar technologies.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Git expertise and experience working in a monorepo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate agency, urgency, and ownership over delivering quality work.
  • Previous pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) experience is a plus.
