Description

Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
Triage issues and identify technical solutions for data errors within the Judi Health tech stack.
Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution.
Collaborate with the Associate Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications for roadmap items.
Review tickets and identify misintent after QA.
Make data-driven recommendations for high-value product enhancements.
Support user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with the Associate Product Manager to manage the backlog and participate in refinement and planning.
Support planning, roadmap development, and long-term product strategy.
Maintain adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
1+ years of experience in an analyst role, software engineering role, or related work experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with agile frameworks; Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
Experience with GitHub or similar source code repositories.
Demonstrable knowledge of Python preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Intellectual and professional curiosity.

Benefits

Remote, US base salary range of $62,000 to $98,000 USD.
New York, NY base salary range of $78,400 to $98,000 USD.
Denver, CO base salary range of $71,600 to $89,500 USD.
