Description

  • Serve as a servant leader for multiple teams and their stakeholders.
  • Coach Agile teams and stakeholders on SAFe core values, principles, and practices.
  • Remove impediments, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to protect team focus and delivery.
  • Support Product Owners and teams in backlog management and sequencing.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Prepare teams for Program Increment planning sessions and participate in Agile Release Train sync activities.
  • Track and report team performance, backlog health, and continuous improvement metrics.
  • Build team capability in problem solving, communication, self-management, and self-organization.
  • Mentor other Scrum Masters and provide guidance to Scrum Master I and II roles.
  • Promote continuous learning, improvement roadmaps, and adoption of DevOps, Agile Architecture, BDD, and TDD.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years in an Agile environment or 4+ years of experience in a project environment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to explain ideas in an engaging way tailored to the audience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lead and manage others.
  • SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification is nice to have.
  • SAFe Certified Practitioner or Agilist certification is preferred.
