Description

Understand customer processes and products and how they support the business unit’s goals.
Review and validate detailed technical designs for business applications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Validate supplier estimates and estimate rough order of magnitude for new application functionality.
Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
Act as a liaison between Business and IT as assigned.
Support users in building business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and high-level planning.
Support implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues, and provide training as required.
Perform impact analysis of application changes across system components with an end-to-end view.
Specify or recommend integration and parallel testing criteria.

Requirements

Experience understanding customer processes, products, and business unit objectives.
Ability to review and validate technical designs for business applications against business requirements.
Experience validating supplier estimates and estimating rough order of magnitude for effort and cost.
Ability to perform quality reviews of project deliverables.
Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders.
Ability to support business case development, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, scope definition, and high-level planning.
Experience supporting implementations, troubleshooting system environmental issues, and delivering training.
Ability to perform impact analysis across application components with an end-to-end system view.
Experience specifying or recommending integration and parallel testing criteria.
