Description

  • Process agent contract, commission, license, appointment, product authority, system access, and termination requests of varying complexity.
  • Pull work items from a queue, prioritize work based on service levels, and complete requests within department quality and efficiency standards.
  • Provide customer service by following up on missing information, resolving issues, and communicating completion status to customers.
  • Maintain accurate processing records and update systems and tools to reflect work activity and customer communications.
  • Support onboarding activities such as contracting new agencies, setting up hierarchies, validating licenses, submitting appointments, and provisioning system access.
  • Support offboarding activities such as terminating contracts, hierarchies, appointments, and system access.
  • Handle maintenance requests including contract upgrades, staff changes, location updates, product changes, demographic updates, license updates, and access changes.
  • Support large accounts and network requests, including contacting accounts and meeting with stakeholders to clarify requests or pain points.
  • Recommend and help implement system and process improvements that reduce waste and improve customer experience.
  • Identify and report system defects and assist with limited transaction testing and inbound call support as assigned.
