Description

  • Work as a business/data analyst in an agile team focused on data transformation challenges.
  • Collaborate with banking clients on projects that modernize financial services processes and data management.
  • Develop and optimize solutions from business analysis through implementation.
  • Analyze as-is processes and data to define future-state improvements.
  • Write requirements and perform data mapping for project delivery.
  • Work with large datasets and support data quality management activities.
  • Formulate validation rules and criteria to assess data quality.
  • Analyze and resolve data quality events.
  • Gradually take ownership of topics, and lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree.
  • Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with data analysis and working with large datasets.
  • Experience in data quality management, including defining validation rules and resolving data quality issues.
  • Experience with business analysis, including as-is process analysis, requirements writing, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, banking products, and accounting is a strong advantage.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Perseverance and a team-player mindset.
