Description

  • Work as a business/data analyst in an agile team focused on data transformation challenges.
  • Analyze as-is processes and data flows for banking projects.
  • Write requirements and produce data mappings for solution development.
  • Modernize processes and help set up, develop, and optimize data solutions and data management.
  • Validate data quality by defining rules and criteria, and analyzing and resolving data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with banking clients and internal teams on implementation work.
  • Take increasing ownership of topics and lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • German is a big advantage.
  • Experience working with data, including data analysis and large datasets.
  • Experience with data quality management, including validation rules and resolving data quality events.
  • Experience in business analysis, including as-is process analysis, requirements writing, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a big advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking products and accounting is a big advantage.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, perseverance, and a team-player mindset.
