Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across technical and non-technical teams to define competencies, write job descriptions, and design interview workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for EMEA and APAC offices.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for a wide range of roles.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and ensure a professional, transparent candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and keep leadership informed on the hiring funnel.
  • Act as the primary liaison with recruitment agencies and search firms for specialized searches.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
  • Help professionalize and improve hiring processes globally across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Experience hiring for both technical roles such as Engineering/Product and non-technical roles such as G&A/Sales.
  • Experience recruiting in EMEA or APAC regions and understanding of those talent markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Strong professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data to identify trends, remove hiring bottlenecks, and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
