Description

  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects by phone and email.
  • Communicate Canary’s value proposition to decision makers and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
  • Meet a quota for qualified leads.
  • Use prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and grow pipeline.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the sales development process and overall team performance.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline activity, and sales forecasting.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience.
  • Prior SDR experience is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Experience qualifying leads is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong grit and emotional resilience for high-volume outbound sales.
  • Ability to exceed weekly goals and maintain self-accountability.
  • Assertive, persistent, persuasive, and a good listener.
  • Confidence to build client relationships and overcome objections over the phone.
