Description

  • Track all resources, contracts, and hours in Unanet/PSA.
  • Assign employees and contract consultants to projects based on skills, experience, availability, and budget.
  • Manage consultant schedules, billable hours, and project plans in the PSA system.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Client Engagement leadership, and senior leaders to resolve staffing conflicts and scheduling issues.
  • Partner with clients at contract signing and project launch to plan teams and schedules.
  • Create new projects in Unanet/PSA from contract terms and maintain system accuracy.
  • Review plans, budgets, revenue forecasts, variances, overages, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Prepare and distribute ad hoc reports and weekly staffing updates to internal teams.
  • Monitor consultant availability to avoid overscheduling and ensure contractual alignment.
  • Work with client project leadership to identify resource needs and assign appropriate consultants in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Understanding of contract language.
  • Former client-facing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect easily with people inside and outside the organization.
  • Comfortable reaching out regularly to internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Experience with a consulting or professional services organization (preferred).
  • Experience with Unanet or a similar PSA system (preferred).
  • Project management experience (preferred).
  • College degree (preferred).
