Description

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 case coverage individuals in coordination with Regional Business Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
  • Manage the day-to-day deployment of clinical support staff to maximize efficiency and clinical outcomes.
  • Provide quarterly assessments, reviews, and field rides to coach and develop team members.
  • Ensure clinical competence, including case sign-off and post-new-hire training.
  • Develop and deliver clinical education for sales, clinical specialists, marketing, surgeons, 1099 case coverage personnel, and OR staff.
  • Coordinate, develop, and deliver new hire training content, pre-training preparation, on-site training, and post-training onboarding activities.
  • Work with Sales to coordinate case coverage needs for clinical and cross-regional situations.
  • Document case results and report outcomes to Sales leadership.
  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D on new product development, launch support, and clinical education materials.
  • Participate in labs, manage webinars and clinical breakout sessions, and support other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of clinical professional training or OR and surgical-based experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices and preferred urology experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform at a high level independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience training surgeons in the OR and supporting sales onboarding.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight travel.
  • Meet vendor credentialing requirements and manage credentialing needs at customer sites.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and other training materials as needed.
  • Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform all duties in compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
