Description

  • Develop, plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns in support of CALSTART’s programs.
  • Conduct audience and market research to identify effective channels for reaching target segments.
  • Create and draft content for collateral, emails, social media, digital advertising, websites, and related materials.
  • Develop initial design concepts for marketing assets and campaign materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to support programmatic and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage multiple workflows, prioritize deadlines, and oversee budgets.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional marketing experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong marketing acumen and the ability to distill complex programs into clear concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven project management and communication skills.
  • Experience fostering consensus and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and clean transportation solutions.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions.
