Description

  • Support customers by understanding their business outcomes, challenges, and key KPIs and providing recommendations.
  • Create and help deliver customer success roadmaps aligned to each customer’s business goals and objectives.
  • Drive product adoption, education, and usage across the customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with customers to increase solution usage and help them achieve desired outcomes.
  • Learn assigned Verint product solutions and become a subject matter expert on their value and usage.
  • Assess and document customer health scores using tools such as Totango.
  • Use customer value evidence to support renewals and business growth discussions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities that can drive revenue growth.
  • Bring customer feedback and product recommendations back to the product team.
  • Advocate for customer needs and issues across internal teams and act as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing Customer Success role.
  • Ability to quickly learn software and communicate or demonstrate capabilities in presentations or lab environments.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a "do what it takes" mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Ability to multitask across escalation calls, best-practice calls, onboarding meetings, and similar activities.
  • Ability to handle customer service issues and conflict situations effectively.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, and credit and drug screening where applicable.
  • Preferred: Proven ability to support ongoing product value and customer success.
  • Preferred: Experience closing renewals and/or professional services opportunities.
  • Preferred: Experience managing customers of different sizes.
  • Preferred: Experience with Totango or other success platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience in a CCaaS or CX Automation environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with Verint products.
