Description

  • Create and edit marketing visuals for tradeshows, client presentations, social media, advertisements, and special events.
  • Develop content and support materials for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to align creative assets with business and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leads to support internal requests, campaigns, and stakeholder needs.
  • Administer design projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards.
  • Respond to feedback and make timely, professional revisions to creative work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and represent CAI professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong skills in InDesign, Canva, print media, and video editing.
  • Experience in social media and digital design.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change, manage competing priorities, and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Comfortable accepting direction, integrating feedback, and seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Benefits

  • $50,000 - $65,000 a year average base salary range (not including benefits).
  • Up to 15% retirement contribution (ESOP/401K - 15% company contribution, US only).
