Description

  • Manage and track technology projects such as CRM improvements, automation updates, integrations, and system rollouts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work between developers, automation specialists, data teams, and operations leaders to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide proactive progress updates to stakeholders and flag potential blockers or risks.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and tracking in tools like Airtable or Asana.
  • Test and validate new system workflows to ensure correct functionality before wide release.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support platform implementation, integration, and rollout (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, JustCall).
  • Coordinate adoption, training, and enablement across departments to drive successful platform usage.
  • Maintain data integrity and enforce documentation standards across projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or technology operations.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable preferred).
  • Experience with project documentation, tracking tools (Airtable or Asana), and testing/validation of workflows.
  • Analytical problem-solver skilled at identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy, timelines, and detail.
  • Self-starter who works independently and thrives in remote setups.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers, data teams, and operations leaders.
  • Preferred: experience in marketing, SaaS, or automation-focused environments.
  • Preferred: experience managing software development or cross-functional technology projects.
