Description

  • Maintain and update publisher contact details and other publisher property information for accuracy.
  • Consolidate duplicate publisher records or aliases in CRM systems.
  • Correspond with publishers during onboarding and coordinate link building, pixel testing, and billing verification.
  • Track, document, and support new publisher launches, tests, and turn-downs with Publisher Managers.
  • Request, store, and maintain benchmark stats, media kits, placement samples, creatives, and live documentation.
  • Coordinate internal review, feedback, and approvals for placement comps and creative assets.
  • Generate and distribute tracking links and manage postback integrations, piggyback pixels, and testing workflows.
  • Liaise with finance teams on billing terms, insertion orders, billing changes, and project details.
  • Maintain clean data in project management and CRM platforms and keep templates, logs, and documentation current.
  • Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and support internal communications to keep workflows aligned.

Requirements

  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection is required.
  • At least 8 GB RAM.
  • Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Experience in publisher operations, digital campaigns, or performance media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ad tracking systems, pixel integration, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of basic billing processes and documentation such as insertion orders (IOs).
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or HubSpot is preferred.
