Description

Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document project requirements.
Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, including tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for design and development teams.
Develop and communicate project timelines to clients and other stakeholders.
Follow up with clients to gather needed information and materials and resolve delays promptly.
Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to keep projects moving.
Anticipate potential issues and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects and a strong understanding of online retail operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client relationship management.
Ability to anticipate issues and solve problems to keep projects on track.
At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
Backup internet connection required.
At least 8 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
Organized workstation.
