Description

  • Audit affiliate programs across existing client accounts.
  • Manage affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ, and similar systems.
  • Recommend and execute platform migrations, such as moving from Awin to Impact.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, commission structures, and ongoing relationships.
  • Detect, prevent, and monitor fraud and compliance issues across affiliate programs.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights rather than vanity metrics.
  • Present strategic recommendations directly to clients during monthly calls.
  • Collaborate with internal media and creative teams when affiliate activity overlaps with influencer or paid media strategies.
  • Run programs independently inside ClickUp with minimal oversight from Account Directors.
  • Help shape how the affiliate service is delivered as the channel continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs at an agency or in-house brand.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role and discussing strategy directly with clients.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, fraud risks, and platform nuances.
  • Ability to work independently inside ClickUp without constant oversight.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify issues before they appear in reports.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • At least 16 GB RAM.
  • Core i5 processor or higher.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
