Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain consumer-facing web applications using React 18 and TypeScript.
  • Lead frontend projects from conception through deployment while meeting quality, performance, and timeline goals.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions with reusable components and strong code quality.
  • Build intuitive and accessible user interfaces that work across devices and browsers and align with WCAG standards.
  • Optimize frontend performance, including bundle size, load times, and runtime efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers and help foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Stay current with frontend trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with strong experience building consumer-facing applications.
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable, user-centric web applications in a production environment.
  • Deep proficiency in React 18, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns, state management solutions, and component design.
  • Experience with responsive design principles, CSS-in-JS solutions such as styled-components or Emotion, and CSS preprocessors.
  • Proficiency with frontend build tools and bundlers such as Webpack or Vite, along with package managers.
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
  • Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern frontend deployment practices, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
  • Experience in healthcare or health-tech frontend development is a plus.
