Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
  • Lead technical projects from conception to deployment across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Architect and implement scalable backend services using cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces in React 18 and TypeScript with responsive design principles.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for mobile development initiatives on iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Lead and mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and career development support.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical design reviews.
  • Drive engineering best practices, including code quality standards, testing strategies, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and team goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with front-end experience in React and TypeScript and back-end experience in Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role leading projects and mentoring engineers.
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable applications and services in a production environment.
  • Exposure to mobile development on iOS and/or Android, with understanding of mobile-specific challenges and best practices.
  • Strong technical decision-making skills with the ability to balance speed, quality, and technical debt.
  • Experience facilitating technical discussions, achieving consensus, and driving decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
  • Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, and experience using AI coding agents or IDEs to improve development efficiency.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and leading agile teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or health-tech development is a plus.
