Description

  • Manage the monthly forecasting and budget-versus-actual cycle, including driver-focused variance commentary.
  • Own SaaS and company metrics such as ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn multiple, and hardware financing economics.
  • Lead implementation and ongoing ownership of Aleph, the company’s AI-native financial planning platform.
  • Develop go-to-market analytics covering pipeline, funnel conversion, retention, and sales productivity.
  • Prepare board and investor reporting, data room materials, and fundraising or strategic diligence support.
  • Build AI workflows and agents to automate data pulls, variance detection, recurring analysis, and first-pass commentary with appropriate checks and reconciliations.
  • Create scenario and decision models for pricing, headcount ROI, and capital allocation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to interpret metrics and support business decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical role, with interest in moving into an operating position.
  • Strong curiosity about AI and willingness to apply AI-first approaches to finance work.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills, including building clean, auditable models with transparent assumptions.
  • Fluency in SaaS and company-level metrics and their business drivers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently own significant work across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in professional or personal projects (preferred).
  • Exposure to SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses through transaction or operating experience (preferred).
  • Experience supporting fundraising or M&A transactions (preferred).
  • Experience with hardware or technology-enabled companies (preferred).
