Description

  • Identify, approach, and confirm high-quality speakers from leading app companies across growth, user acquisition, CRM, product, and leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end speaker outreach, including research, calls, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
  • Research industry trends and develop strong agenda ideas for conferences and sessions.
  • Contribute to creating new interactive session formats beyond standard panels and keynotes.
  • Own the speaker journey from confirmation through on-site delivery, including briefing materials, talk titles, slide deadlines, travel logistics, and green room coordination.
  • Attend and support conference delivery in London, New York, and Berlin, serving as the key contact for speakers on event day.
  • Support marketing and delegate acquisition campaigns by writing copy, reaching out to contacts, and promoting the agenda.
  • Help produce and host webinars and online content as part of the year-round community offering.
  • Contribute to the company’s content and social presence, including video where needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in conference production or events, ideally in tech, startups, or marketing.
  • Experience with end-to-end speaker acquisition, including research, cold outreach, calls, and closing confirmations.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write outreach that gets responses from senior, time-poor people.
  • Genuine interest in tech, startups, and the app economy.
  • Interest in modern event formats and a desire to innovate with interactive session structures.
  • Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to track commitments and deadlines in systems.
  • Able to work autonomously in a remote environment with support from the Senior Conference Producer and team members.
  • Able to travel to London, New York, and Berlin for events.
