Description

  • Manage commercial construction contracts across the full project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate bid bonds, performance bonds, and maintenance bonds.
  • Prepare and submit bonding documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with bonding companies, municipalities, general contractors, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit AIA billing packages, including G702/G703 forms.
  • Maintain and update Schedule of Values, retainage, and payment milestones.
  • Track project schedules, receipts, milestones, and progress updates in Buildertrend or similar systems.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure CRM and project management systems stay current.
  • Support pre-construction, project administration, and operational coordination activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AIA billing, including G702/G703 forms.
  • Experience with Schedule of Values, construction contracts, and construction bonding processes.
  • Experience tracking retainage and construction payment documentation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows, contract administration, and project coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software is preferred.
  • Background in commercial construction, landscaping, or construction project management is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, project tracking tools, basic accounting or bookkeeping, or construction financial reporting is preferred.
