Description

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Collect and document essential case information from clients and ensure details are accurately logged.
  • Assist clients with case updates and provide information about the legal process.
  • Resolve client issues or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate complex situations to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing client files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a legal or office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when working with clients.
  • Comfort working with clients during challenging times.
